I have always been passionate about listening to motivational videos and audiotapes. I felt that my inner value needed some changes. I listened to myself and found that there were dreams and goals born out of my heart and mind. Goals so unique to me, I started searching for the bestselling books that were written by experts in personal development. I started learning how to set goals that could transform my life forever.

In 2014, I found and read a book titled Goals: How to Get Everything You Want Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible by Brian Tracy. This book opened up my eyes to how to write a comprehensive plan. I sat and closed myself in my living room. I wrote 120 goals for 6 sections in each for 20 goals of personal development, financial independence, career development, spiritual, business, family, and health/fitness goals.

In 2015 and 2016, I struggled to implement my goals. I believed that I did not have enough time. I found that what was holding me back from attaining the goals was not writing down specific details, but there was a lack of focus on achieving the planned goals.

On January 1, 2017, I prioritized the goals. I made a list of at least twelve goals that I wanted to accomplish in the next twelve months. The key question that I used for prioritizing and analyzing my goals was; what is the one goal on this list that, if I accomplished, would have the greatest positive impact on my life? This allowed me to live with my goals. I attached my list of goals on the wall in the living room where I could see any time.

From December 2017 to date, I usually prepare New Year resolution goals from my long list plan that I have already recorded. In addition to that, I have reviewed my resolutions regularly to make sure of what I have done so far. I have achieved some of my goals; this included pursuing a Master of Project Management at Open University Malaysia from 2018 to 2019 and as well as reading some of the bestselling books in personal development for 20 minutes per day, which I felt that I am acquiring additional knowledge and skills.

Eventually, my goals became a powerful unconscious force motivating and inspiring me day and night. Now, I have a major definite purpose and goals that help me achieve more goals than ever before.
